2017 Mazda CX-5: Less Trouble Than CR-V, Study Shows

Both the Mazda CX-5 and the Honda CR-V are two of the most popular compact SUVs today and it is easy to understand why. The duo offers the best practicality, reliability and also an exemplary driving experience.

But when it comes to really purchasing either vehicle, it seems that the CX-5 is the better choice as it gives you less things to worry about. While the CX-5 may be second best to the CX-5 in sales, buying the CX-5 is a lot easier than getting a CR-V.

This was confirmed by JD Power Study when their latest research found that Mazda dealers offer way better services than Honda. As a matter of fact, Mazda scored highly in customer service with 834 points whereas Honda lands right below the market average with 806 points.

It is a pretty interesting and important finding because no matter how good the car is, customer service will be the determining factor on the sales of the vehicle. So if you are planning to get a Mazda car, do not hold back on that decision.
