It seems that more and more vehicles from Hyundai are being tailored for sporty performance instead of just meeting the basic expectations of the market.

After seeing Hyundai launching their first ever road-legal sports car, the i30 N, the carmaker has been spotted working on something new at the Nurburgring. It is pretty obvious that the car in development is being tuned for the best performance around since it is getting pieced together at the legendary track.

So when we dig deep into what Hyundai is brewing at Nurburgring, we are surprised to see the next-gen Santa Fe on the track. The next-gen Santa Fe is apparently being tailored for an N-inspired performance and Hyundai is hoping that this will be enough to push the SUV ahead of rivals Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4.

Well, judging from the test performance of the upcoming Santa Fe, we can’t help but to expect an illustrious performance with the SUV. You can check out the ‘Ring test of the next Santa Fe below.
