2018 Jaguar E-Pace: Wake-Up Call For Audi Q3, BMW X1

Jaguar has been teasing on a variety of new crossovers coming out in the future and one of them is the E-Pace. Like how the F-Pace is the SUV version of the XF sedan, the E-Pace will be much like the XE sedan but built as an SUV.

Even so, the E-Pace will be looking to set itself apart from the sedan by pursuing a different set of goals. Among them is the will to beat the Audi Q3 and the BMW X1.

The E-Pace will be slotted below the F-Pace and this means that Jaguar will be able to make the upcoming SUV a lot cheaper to own. Also, the E-Pace will be offered with AWD across all trims, just like the F-Pace.

With such a setup, the E-Pace can look forward to pursue large volume sales. It will definitely be more attractive if the E-Pace can be priced in the low $30,000 region and this can really challenge the Audi Q3’s strong position in the US.
