2019 Jeep Wrangler Pickup Firing Shots At Ford F-150, Not Chevy Colorado

By  |

It is no secret that Jeep is developing a brand new pickup truck that is based on the upcoming Wrangler and the vehicle is expected to arrive by next year. The pickup truck from Jeep is being pieced together at the Toledo plant and today, we got a better idea on the vehicle’s goals.

New spy shots on the Jeep pickup truck provided us with a good look at the vehicle and the size of it allows us to confirm that the Wrangler Pickup will be competing in the large pickup truck segment.

This means that the Wrangler Pickup will jump straight to challenging the Ford F-150 when released. This puts the rumors that claim the vehicle to compete against the Chevrolet Colorado in the midsized segment to rest.

The design details are unknown at the moment as the pickup truck is well-hidden under camouflage. More reveals on the Wrangler-based pickup is likely to surface in the coming months.
