Fiat 500X Arbath: What To Expect?
We are pretty certain that Fiat is planning to give the latest 500X the Arbath treatment after seeing the success of the Nissan Juke Nismo RS and the Mini JCW Countryman.
Both cars are packed with more than 200hp and Fiat is aiming to stay competitive through producing a performance-oriented variant of the 500X. Dubbed as the 500X Arbath, the vehicle is rumoured to make its debut late in 2016 but what can we expect from the vehicle?
An insider from Fiat shared that the 500X Arbath will continue to run on the 1.4L turbocharged four-cylinder engine but instead of 138hp, the unit is retuned to bring out about 170hp.
If this is true, then the 500X Arbath is already a disappointment because it will fail to stay competitive with the Juke Nismo RS and the JCW Countryman. The good news is that the above is still based on rumours so it should be taken with a grain of salt. We do hope for the 500X Arbath to at least offer 200hp so that can bring the fight to its rivals.
