Fiat-Chrysler Looks To Google For Recovery

By  |

Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles may have been producing some of the most fun cars around but they are still not doing well on the sales front. Things are pretty sluggish on the sales front for most vehicles under FCA and this is due to their poor ratings in reliability.

FCA has admitted that they are worried about it because sales are what matters most in the automotive industry. The company further shared that they need to recover this year if they want to keep the pace going for the years to come.

In order to achieve this goal, Fiat-Chrysler has decided to align themselves with Google. The tech giant is now working together with the automotive firm to develop an Android powered infotainment system that will revolutionize the infotainment experience.

Once the product is released, we can expect it to offer a different kind of driving experience. Heck, the system may also be able to offer the basis for autonomous driving. But of course, whether it will serve FCA well is a question that remains to be answered.
