GM Turns To Honda For Green Solution!

By  |

The automotive scene is going through a green race at the moment as carmakers rush to produce the best environmental-friendly car. Among them is GM which has found success with the Chevrolet Bolt and they are hungry for bigger and better things.

While the details are unclear, we expected the bigger things to be an FCEV. It cannot be avoided because GM did announce on their partnership with Honda to develop hydrogen fuel-cell cars.

But then again, an FCEV from GM is just the tip of the iceberg. The carmaker was reportedly establishing yet another partnership with Honda to make batteries for EVs. Having two major automotive names can accelerate the development of batteries and both companies can greatly benefit on this.

It will be interesting to see what sort of product that will surface from the GM-Honda collaboration. We can expect the first details to surface later this year.
