Honda Civic Destroys Dodge Charger Hellcat With Honda’s Parts

By  |

Believe it or not, Honda is capable of developing a monstrous vehicle that can single-handedly destroy the Hellcat’s legacy. Yes, the famous 707hp Hellcat may look like a beast on the road but it can be tamed by Honda if the Japanese carmaker wants to.

This is proven earlier today when a driver of an old Civic outpaced the Dodge Charger Hellcat on the drag strip. The Civic is of course modded to develop an insane performance but the parts which it relies on are 100% from Honda.

According to the driver, he replaced the old engine with a V6 unit that is taken from the 2002 Odyssey. The other mechanics are mostly sourced from the Acura TL Type-S. The surprising bit is that this is more than enough for the old Civic to leave the bone-stock Charger Hellcat biting its dust.
