How 2018 Buick Regal Would Stun Camry, Accord Owners

By  |

The 2018 Buick Regal may not be a sedan anymore, but it would still come as a viable alternative to those who have gotten tired of their Toyota Camry or Honda Accord and want to have something refreshing for a change. Well, Buick would surprise them.

Although it was initially positioned as a semi-premium brand, Buick is now considered part of the mass market crowd, at least according to JD Power which has just released its US Customer Service Index for 2017.

It turns out that in the mass market category, Buick is the highest scoring name with 860 points. Sure, it falls short compared to Lexus (874 points) or its luxury cousin Cadillac (865 points), but it scores higher than Toyota (815 points) and Honda (797 points).

What this means is that those who shop at Buick would likely be more satisfied about the service they receive than those who deal with Toyota and Honda. In fact, Honda’s score falls just short of the mass market brand average of 807 points along with Ford (796 points) and Mazda (784 points).

So the next time you’re thinking about getting a Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, or Ford Fusion, why not consider the Buick Regal? It’s no sedan, but at least it looks as good as the Mazda 6 wagon that continues to evade the US market.
