Infiniti Q60 Black S To Fix Red Sport Performance Flaw?

2017 is a year full of surprises and one of them is with Infiniti. The luxury arm of Nissan has always played third fiddle to Lexus and Acura but this year saw the brand grabbing the most sales yet.

Well, Infiniti fully deserves it because the direction which they are taking with their cars spell excitement all over. Despite being more committed to offer more performance cars, the latest Q60 Red Sport has been unable to live up to the expectations of the masses.

On papers, the Q60 Red Sport looks like the ultimate upmarket car as it is competitively priced and the 3L twin-turbo V6 it runs on can offer 400hp. But then again, the engine is unable to offer a full blast experience and this is due to the sluggish gearbox.

Infiniti is aware of the feedback and they have hence teased on the development of an even more attractive and powerful Q60. Dubbed as the Black S, the black-coated Q60 is tipped to get a brand new gearbox and it will be one that can bring the best out of the 400hp 3L bi-turbo engine.

But of course, nothing is concrete at the moment and Infiniti has yet to offer a projected time on when they will launch the Q60 Black S. Until then, it is best not to get your hopes up.
