Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT vs Porsche Cayenne Turbo S vs Range Rover Sport SVR!

By  |

When three monstrous SUV are to line-up next to each other, you will know that a race is going to happen next. This is exactly what happened on a British airfield trip after Top Gear conducted a race involving the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, Porsche Cayenne Turbo S and the Range Rover Sport SVR.

The Grand Cherokee SRT is equipped with a 6.4L V8 engine which can generate about 462hp and 460ft-lbs of torque. The Cayenne Turbo S, on the other hand, relies on a 4.8L twin-turbo V8 with 562hp and 590ft-lbs of torque to offer. As for the Sport SVR, the 5L supercharged V8 is capable of developing 542hp and 502ft-lbs of torque.

Based on the figures above, we can see that the Cayenne Turbo S is the most powerful SUV. It is also the most expansive vehicle in the contest but does it mean that it is meant to win the race? We would love to spoil the result for you but would prefer it if you check out the drag race below.
