Mazda Caught Taking A Page Off GM’s Playbook

When it comes to car adverts, GM is at the top of the cringe charts and this is due to the nature of their advertisements. GM utilized “real people not actors” as the basis of their adverts in a bid to highlight everything good with their products.

This particular method of marketing has caused a lot of auto enthusiasts to cringe and it gets worse when Mazda started to adopt the same way of promoting their products.

The Japanese carmaker released a video for Driver’s Choice Event Sedan and it saw them promoting the Mazda6. The midsized sedan from Mazda was being driven by “real people” in the clip and we can’t help but to cringe at it. If you have yet to check out the video, you can do so below.
