Need For Speed Payback: It’s Not The Complete Game!

By  |

Need For Speed is a very popular racing video game franchise and it had just welcomed a new IP titled Payback. The latter was launched a couple of days ago and we can’t help but to feel like we have been conned by EA.

Prior to Payback’s release, EA launched the trailers for the game which saw racing clips being centred on some of the most iconic performance cars in automotive history. One of them is the Mazda RX-7 and we can’t wait to see the iconic car in virtual form.

But to our horror, the RX-7 is not even in Need For Speed Payback and EA revealed that the car is still a work in progress. This means that an update will come out in the future to add in the RX-7.

Just so you know, the RX-7 is not the only promised vehicle for Need For Speed Payback. Names like the 2000 GT and also the cars from Volvo are absentees in the title.

As such, it is perhaps right to say that Need For Speed Payback is not a complete game and the copy that is out today is only going to leave you in rage due to the loot boxes present in the title.
