Next Nissan Leaf May Leave Tesla Model 3 Buyers In Regret

The Model 3 is the next major car to come from Tesla and many can’t wait for it. This is because the Model 3 will be the most affordable vehicle from Tesla and there are already more than 300,000 pre-orders made for the car.

It’s a massive figure for an EV and it is something which the Chevrolet Bolt can’t compete with. The Bolt was widely believed to be the real competitor for the Model 3 but the pace of sales has been utterly disappointing. Things are so bad for the Chevrolet Bolt that the age-old Nissan Leaf is still able to acquire greater monthly sales figures on a monthly basis.

With Nissan preparing to launch the next-gen Leaf later this year, we can’t help but feel that the car will be the only vehicle that can truly compete with the Tesla Model 3. Heck, the next Leaf may also be able to outdo the Model 3’s massive order list.

This cannot be helped as the next-gen Leaf has been named as the most searched electric car by Google. Furthermore, the vehicle promises more than 200 miles of driving range and it looks to retain the pricing of the current model. In addition to that, the Leaf will be coming with ProPilot – an autonomous system from Nissan that is said to be better than Tesla Autopilot.

The icing on the cake is with the design of the future Leaf. Spy shots have proved that the next-gen model will look like the IDS Concept. This means that the Leaf is going to be extremely attractive and it may be enough to leave Model 3 buyers in regret.
