RAM Rebel TR: Bringing The Fight To The Ford Raptor!

By  |

The Ford F-150 is the most dominant name in the full-sized pickup truck scene and rival makes are struggling to keep up with the vehicle.

But for FCA’s RAM, they may have found the best strategy to challenge the F-150 and it is through beating Ford’s halo truck, the F-150 Raptor. RAM has made it clear that it is in their best interest to produce the best full-sized pickup truck yet and the vehicle in the works is known as the Rebel TR.

Like the Dodge Hellcat and the Jeep Trackhawk, the Rebel TR will inject insanity in the world of pickups through running on the 707hp V8 engine. Sure, it may be an old mill that one can say is overused but the fact that the 707hp setup has never failed to impress can allow the Rebel TR to hand the Raptor a big challenge.

There are some outlets claiming that the mill will be the same but it won’t have 707hp due to the size and weight of the Rebel TR.

As much as we would love to agree with this, we are convinced that the 707hp will stick through as the Jeep Trackhawk has showed that nothing can stop the mill from having a fixed output.
