Tesla Model 3: Christmas-End To Boost Production Figures?

By  |

The Tesla Model 3 was launched several months ago but deliveries of the vehicle are still pending to hit full throttle. This is to be expected as Tesla has got no experience in handling big volume production but they are getting to their intended production target soon.

It was reported earlier today by the folks at InsideEVs that production of the Model 3 might hit a new high of 5,000 per week at the start of 2018.

This statement is further strengthened by rumours claiming that Tesla is preparing the basis to remove the handbrake on production once Christmas ends. Tesla has been stockpiling on the parts required to build the Model 3 and there appears to be enough in the inventory for a free-flowing production.

But of course, like every Tesla-related report, this is based on unconfirmed sources hence you should take the above with a grain of salt.
