Why Chevy Bolt & Nissan Leaf Won’t Lose So Badly To Model 3
The Chevrolet Bolt is currently the best EV car money can buy right now but this won’t last long as Nissan is about to launch the next-gen Leaf. Despite the future Leaf having a huge potential for success, many are not expecting the car to be capable of handling the future Tesla Model 3.
This cannot be helped as the advantage in the EV industry belongs to Tesla. The company can already brag having the widest charging network thus making it easier for the consumers to adopt the Model 3.
But then again, both Chevrolet and Nissan are not backing out of the fight just yet as they may have enough to compete directly against the Model 3. GM and Nissan has been working behind the curtains to build more charging stations in public areas and they are growing at a rapid rate.
The latest example is in the city of Chicago, which is hoping to have a charging outlet at every parking lot by 2020. As a result, things will surely get very tight between the Bolt, Leaf and the Model 3 in the near future.
We don’t know about you but we feel that it will go down to which car is priced better and has more interesting things to offer.
