Assassin’s Creed Origins: Ubisoft Had Just Screwed Up On The PC!

Assassin’s Creed Origins is hands down one of the best game released this year and we can commend Ubisoft for doing a great job with the title.

In a year where the gaming scene is plagued with incomplete content, buggy releases and loot boxes, Assassin’s Creed managed to go beyond the expectations of the masses to offer a delightful experience.

Well, that is no longer the case today – if you are on the PC platform. A recent update from Ubisoft that was meant to patch performance issues and tailor the game for lower-end PC rigs have basically destroyed the good technicalities in Assassin’s Creed Origins.

One of our readers revealed that the drawing distance has been reduced drastically and the level of detail went from good to piss poor. This explains why a number of PC gamers are scouring the internet for a way to revert their copy of Origins to version 1.03.

The PC gamers are clearly unhappy with the outcome of the recent update and they have blasted Ubisoft for not taking the easy way out – which is to offer a lower end technicalities setup in the game’s settings page.

Ubisoft is clearly at fault here but we don’t feel that it is intentional. It must’ve been a mistake when trying to patch the issues with the game and we can expect them to fix Assassin’s Creed Origins for good in the near future.
