Elder Scrolls 6 Delays Will Hurt Bethesda More Than Fans!

It’s painful to be a fan of the Elder Scrolls Series and this is only because of the wait for Elder Scrolls 6. It has been like 7 years since Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim got released and we are still pending to hear any development progress made on Elder Scrolls 6.

Bethesda revealed last year that they have yet to start anything with Elder Scrolls 6 due to their focus on Fallout 4 VR and other projects hence fans should not expect the game to come out any time soon. The only good news here is that Elder Scrolls 6’s development is inevitable and it is only a matter of when.

This does not help ease the pain of us fans as the lack of information on Elder Scrolls 6 has kept us in an endless wait that is filled with anxiety. But then again, the delayed development for Elder Scrolls 6 is likely to hurt Bethesda more, especially since it involves ‘financial losses’.

So, how can Bethesda lose money when they haven’t even launch Elder Scrolls 6?

The answer here is with Monster Hunter World. The latest fantasy-themed RPG is now one of the bestselling games around despite not having a lore or a plot that is richer than the Elder Scrolls Series.

This goes to show that there is a never-ending demand for a fantasy-themed RPG and the late development for Elder Scrolls 6 would mean having Bethesda delaying their ‘profit gold rush’.
