Left 4 Dead 3 Hopes Revived At The Cost Of Half Life 3!

If playing with the hearts of fans are not enough, Valve now looks like they want to get two sets of fans to fight against one another.

Their latest statement on the possibility of a trilogy saw Valve completely ignoring the desperate need for Half Life 3 as they claim that the Left 4 Dead series is more fitting for a trilogy.

It doesn’t help knowing that Valve has long teased and ‘un-teased’ Half Life 3’s development and their sudden remark on Left 4 Dead 3 feels like an indirect hit to the fans.

Even some fans of the Left 4 Dead series can’t be bothered by the possibility of Left 4 Dead 3 because they know it is unlikely to come true.

If you are curious to what was said by Valve, you can check out the full statement below:

“Products are usually the result of an intersection of technology that we think has traction, a group of people who want to work on that, and one of the game properties that feels like a natural playground for that set of technology and design challenges. When we decided we needed to work on markets, free to play, and user generated content, Team Fortress seemed like the right place to do that. That work ended up informing everything we did in the multiplayer space. Left 4 Dead is a good place for creating shared narratives.”
