Sony PS4: Is Time Running Out For Sony PS3?

By  |

The arrival of Sony PS4 back in 2013 commenced the start of the new-generation console wars but this did not bring an end to its predecessor – the PS3.

Even today, Sony continues to support the PS3 by not blocking away new games made for the console and they even kept online services alive for the old machine.

But make no mistake about it, the death of the PS3 is inevitable and it is only a matter of time before Sony decides to pull the plug on the console.

5 years is a fairly long time for PS3 gamers to learn and upgrade to the newer PS4 and the PS’ release pattern suggests that support will be ending very soon.

Sony may have yet to mention anything about it but rumours are claiming the axing of the PS3 to happen at the start of 2019.

This means that this year will be the final year for the PS3 to get supported and gamers on the old console should start looking at good deals for the PS4.

Ps4 is worthless piece of Crap. no backward compatibility, crash waaaay to much. Way to many open world games, too many military games. PlayStation do not have VARIETY anymore stuck on open world games these days. this is why I re-bought ps3 for variety.
