1. The End of an Era
Google has confirmed that the Android 7.0 Nougat won’t be coming to the 2013 Nexus 5 and Nexus 7. It is the end of an era for two of the best devices in the tech industry.
2. Multi-Window Support
Multi-window might not sound like something new in the world of Android but its availability has been pretty limited in the past. On Nougat, multi-window will be widely available.
3. Bigger Things Comes In Bigger Packages
The Android 7.0 Nougat is confirmed to be about 1GB larger than the Android 6.0 Marshmallow in terms of firmware size.
4. Night Mode May Go Extinct
If you have Night Mode feature on your device, you should know that resetting the phone back to factory settings when updated to Nougat will see the removal of the feature.
5. Data Saver
This software tweak on Nougat basically prevents background apps from using data when activated. Apps in foreground are unaffected.
