Google Nexus 5X Issue Returns To Haunt Pixel 2!

One of the highlights of 2017 in the tech industry is the release of the Google Pixel 2. The successor to the original Pixel phone made a debut that is louder than any other devices and this is due to the issues that came with it.

Aside from Google’s reverse decision to remove the headphone jack on the Pixel 2, the flagship phone came out with a blue tint on its OLED screen. The ‘broken’ display plagued the early batches of Pixel 2 and it must have given Google that feeling of déjà vu.

We say so because the Blue Shift screen is not the first on the Pixel 2. Just a couple of years ago, the Nexus 5X debuted with a similar screen tint. Both the Nexus 5X and the Pixel 2 rely on parts that are produced by LG and this has led many calling Google to end their relationship with the South Korean firm.

The controversy which the Pixel 2 created certainly added some entertainment value in the tech scene and it is our pick for the best controversy in 2017.
