Samsung Galaxy Note 5 vs ZTE Axon 7: Old vs New

By  |

If you have $300 to spend on a phone, your best new choice right now is the ZTE Axon 7 as the phone has received a lot of praises for being the best in the midrange scene.

Well, what if we can tell you that you can enjoy something even better for a smaller fee? As how it is mentioned in the title above, we are referring to the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 – a flagship device from two years ago.

The Note 5 can be purchased for about $250 in refurbished form and while it may no longer receive support from Samsung, you can still apply third-party software upgrades to keep the phone relevant. What’s best about the Note 5 is that the old flagship hardwares it runs on are still more powerful than the ZTE Axon 7’s Snapdragon 617.

Together with the fact that the Note 5 has bagged numerous awards for its glorious offerings, we have to say that it is much more worthwhile to get the old flagship instead of settling for the ZTE Axon 7.

Thanks for the list. I think you could easily include the Audicus Ear Machine app to this list. It is a good personal amplification app and the price is definitely right!
