Toyota Supra Called Back So Soon?

It looks like Nissan is not the only one that is having to deal with issues with the backup camera setting as BMW has now issued a recall for something similar.

According to the reports, the recall was issued after it was discovered that the back-up camera and display settings can be adjusted to the point where the image is no longer visible. The system will then keep the setting and show the same the next time the vehicle is put in reverse.

About 51 different products could be affected by this recall including the 2018 BMW 540D, 2018 – 2019 BMW 640l, Rolls-Royce Phantom, 2019 – 2020 BMW 530e, 530i, 540i, M5, M550i, X3, 2019 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, a long list of BMW models including 3-Series, 7-Series, 8-Series and more from 2019 to 2020 along with the 2020 Toyota Supra.

Those affected by the recall will be informed by BMW next month and will be getting their software updating to get the issue fixed. A total of 250k vehicles will be affected by the recall.
