2019 Honda Ridgeline: Where Does It Stand With The Pilot?

By  |

Sine the Honda Ridgeline is based on the Honda Pilot, both these models will be sharing a few features and parts but that does not mean they will have the same thing to offer as well.

As an urban truck, the Honda Ridgeline has a lot to offer. It comes fitted with a flexible bed, comfortable interior, refined ride and a long list of options so that the consumers can turn it into the perfect truck to fit their needs.

As amazing as it is, where do you think it stands against the Pilot when it comes to fuel economy? The Ridgeline will come powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that will be mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The engine will allow the vehicle to return about 18 and 22mpg on average depending on the drive mode of the vehicle.

The Honda Pilot is estimated to return an average of 22mpg which means the Ridgeline is as fuel efficient as the Pilot. Would that convince you to get the Ridgeline over the Pilot?
