The 2020 Buick Encore GX will be entering the US market to sit in between the Buick Envision and Buick Encore. Here is what the vehicle will be offering when it arrives.
Unlike the standard Encore, the Encore GX will be getting safety tech that is offered as optional on the Encore model and that includes automatic emergency braking, following distance indicator, forward collision alert, front pedestrian braking, IntelliBeam headlamps with automatically-adjusting high/low beam, and more.
More safety features will also be offered as optional including the camera-based adaptive cruise control, high-definition Surround Vision camera system and more.
The Encore GX will be offered with the 1.2 liters turbocharged three-cylinder engine or the 1.3 liters turbocharged three-cylinder engine that will be paired with a CVT although the nine-speed automatic transmission will be offered for a price.
The 2020 Encore GX will be arriving early next year.
