2020 Ford Explorer: Won’t Be Convincing You With Its Interior

By  |

New spy images taken of the Ford Explorer will show us what the 2019 Ford Explorer interior will look like.

While we do not think that it looks ugly, there is really no reason why we should be getting excited over its interior design. They did make a few obvious changes like taking away the upright center stack and offering a horizontal orientation with the centerpiece being a sizable screen splitting with two center air vents.

It also looks like the instrument cluster will be fully digital this time around. It will most likely come with Sync 3 navigations as well that looks to have been upgraded in the spy images. Overall, the design is not bad but we won’t say that it is impressive either.

The latest spy shots of the Ford Explorer also showed us what the range-topping model could offer with a Platinum badge and also quad exhaust in the back which has led many to believe that the vehicle would be coming in with a larger displacement EcoBoost engine.

The 2020 Ford Explorer is expected to make an appearance at the Detroit Auto Show.
