2020 Honda HR-V New Price Not Justified?

Honda has announced the new price list for the 2020 Honda HR-V and while we are used to seeing vehicles come with new price tags every year, there are also usually some extra features that would explain the price hike but that is not the case here.

The 2020 Honda HR-V will not be getting any new features or expanded availability. What you will be getting is the same 2019 model but of course, you will need to pay a little more for it.

The base Honda HR-V LX 2WD model will now come with a $21,915 price tag while the AWD version will start off from $23,415. That is about a $400 price hike for the 2WD model and $500 price hike for the AWD model. The top of the range Touring model with Navigation AWD will now retail for $29,985, $450 more than before.

The Honda HR-V will still come powered by the naturally aspirated 1.8 liters inline-four engines that will be offering about 141hp and 127lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a CVT.
