2020 Hyundai Kona Electric To Get Upgrade Despite Age

Compared to some of the models in Hyundai’s lineup, the Hyundai Kona is pretty young but Hyundai is still interested in giving it a proper update for the 2020 model year.

One of the major upgrades that we should take note of is the 11kW three-phase charger which will allow the vehicle to charge up faster than before no matter which charger you use, the public stations or home wall boxes. Hyundai did not reveal how much faster.

On top of that, the 2020 model will also be getting the Blue LInk smartphone application which will allow drivers to unlock the car, start ht engine, activate the climate control system using the app.

On the inside, we will also find a new 10.25inch touchscreent hat will now support satellite navigation system. Features like the rear heated seats and eCall sevice function wil be offered as optional feautres. Deliveries will start before 2019 ends but no price has been announce yet.
