The current Nissan Versa was released back in 2012 and now Nissan is ready to give the vehicle a redesign. So what will the 2020 model have to offer?

The 2020 will have a little more power to offer as it will come fitted with a 122hp and 114lb ft of torque engine while the previous model only had 109hp and 107lb ft of torque to offer. The 2020 model will return 32mpg in the city and 40mpg on the highway which is much more fuel effiicent than the currnet model.

Other updates that we will see is the new safety features like the front and rear automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, automatic high-beam headlights. Higher trim models will also be fitted with the rear-cross traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring and more.

With all these upgrades, a price hike is expected. The base Nissan Versa will now retail for $15,635 which is $2270 more than what the previous model was asking more.

What do you think of the upgrades and do you think it is worth the price hike?
