Porsche has been teasing us with the Porsche Taycan for months now but the wait is almost over as Porsche announces the unveiling date for the first Porsche EV model.

While we have not seen the Porsche Taycan yet, Porsche did already open up their order books for those interested and they have already booked more than 30,000 pre-orders for the vehicle.

The new Porsche Taycan will be unveiled on three different continents in Canada, China, and Berlin. While most of the details are still a mystery now, it was revealed that the vehicle would have an output of 293hp and will need 3.5 seconds to go from 0-62mph and that it will have about 310miles of range on a single charge.

There was also report about Porsche possibly working on a less powerful version of the Taycan but we will have to wait and see. We can also expect to see a more powerful version of the 2020 Porsche Taycan which will be added to the lineup in the future.
