2020 Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition Miss The Mark?

By  |

Toyota has just taken the covers off their 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition, a special edition model that was made to honor the Land Cruiser which has been around for six decades.

The Heritage name should already give us an idea of what Toyota was thinking about when they release this. From the images, we can see that the vehicle will be getting the Toyota font in the front with a scripted Land Cruiser. It will also be fitted with an 18inch forged BBS wheels black accented grille, darkened housing for headlights, fog lights with dark chrome surrounds and more.

As nice as it looks, some fans seem to think that they might have missed the mark when it comes to being a Heritage model as they think Toyota should also inlcide the remoable roof, doors, and rubber floor if they really want to do the heritage thing.

Powering the Land Cruiser Heritage is a 5.7 liter V8 engine that will be mated to an eigth speed automatic transmission. The 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition will be making its debut at the Chicago Auto Show.
