2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport Is An Atlas But Smaller

Volkswagen showed off the Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport concept more than a year ago and now we finally get to see how the production model will look like.

There isn’t really that much difference between the 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport and the concept we saw the last time. Compared to the Atlas, the new model will be fitted with a deeper and more aggressive grille along with a shorter body length.

Volkswagen added that the vehicle is actually 2.8inch shorter than the Atlas but is still larger than models like the Honda Passport. Powering it is a 3.6-liter V6 engine that will be offering 276hp or the 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that will be offering 235hp. The engines will be mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport is set to arrive this spring but details like the price is still a mystery for now.
