2021 Genesis GV70: What We Know Right Now

Genesis will have a few models to offer by 2021 with one of them being the 2021 Genesis GV70 and here is what we know about the upcoming model right now.

In terms of size, it will be similar to the G70 but in crossover form. In front, it will be fitted with a huge shield-framed mesh grille, split LED headlights and in the back, there is a set of split taillights, large rear diffuser with dual vertical exhaust, raked rear hatch and more.

More luxurious fittings can be found on the inside with the BMW iDrive-style controller for the center console with an 8inch heads-up display, 360 degree camera, smartphone mirroring, Lexicon premium sound system and the full drive assist package which will come with safety features like park assist, safe exit assist, remote parking system and more.

Powering it will be a 2.0-liter turbo-four engine that will be offering about 252hp and 260lb ft of torque. Other options could include the 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine and the 3.3-liter V6 engine.

The Genesis GV70 will be coming in to compete with models like the BMW X3, X4, Mercedes-Benz GLC, and GLC Coupe. No word on what base price will start off from.
