Acura Type S Concept: Starting Off With A Bang!

Acura will not be holding anything back when it comes to their Type S and they are starting things off with the Acura Type S Concept.

According to Acura, they will be showing off two Type S performance version in the next two years with the first being the TLX while the next will most likely be the RDX Type S model.

While Acura did not reveal what the Acura Type S Concept was fitted with under the hood, they did reveal that the vehicle will come riding on the 285-width summer ties along with four-piston yellow Brembo brake calipers. Unlike the Civic Type R, the vents and grille on the Acura Type S concept will actually be functional.

On the outside, the vehicle will also be fitted with LED lights in the front and back signal which is something new for the automaker while the headlight design will match what the NSX will have to offer along with their new four lamp Jewel Eye LED. The vehicle will also be fitted with some carbon fiber parks along with a Double Apex Blue Pearl paint on the outside.

The vehicle will be shown off at The Quail this Friday.
