There were speculations that Alfa Romeo might be looking to shelf the Alfa Romeo 4C soon as some reports claimed that the production for the model have already stopped but Alfa Romeo cleared that rumor up.
According to Autoblog, the production for the Alfa Romeo 4C will continue at the same plant until late 2020 for NAFTA and APAC region but the plant where it will be built in will be retooled so there will be some weeks of interruption but it is not the end for the 4C yet as so many have speculated.
The 2020 Alfa Romeo 4C was given a limited edition model this year which not only get a few exterior upgrades but will be extremely limited as only 15 units will be built. Powering it will be the 1.75-liter four-cylinder engine that will be offering about 237hp and 258lb ft of torque.
As for what will happen after 2020, we will have to wait and see.
