Alfa Romeo Giulia QV vs Ford Focus RS: Warning, Massive Upset Ahead!

By  |

Comparing performance cars on the track while in their stock form is turning into an effective method to measure which cars are good and which are bad. However, track comparisons are also prone to inaccuracy as they depend on how good the driver is.

If the driver is bad, it may cause a heated race to end with an absurd result. This is probably what happened when an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio got into a contest with the Ford Focus RS on the track while in stock form.

The former has a whopping 505hp to offer from the 2.9L twin-turbo V6 engine it runs on and this is a whopping 155hp more than the Focus RS. However, the race saw the Focus RS beating the Giulia QV by a huge margin. This is a huge upset, especially since we have seen countless videos of the Giulia V beating even more powerful cars like the BMW M4 and Mercedes-AMG C63.

Clearly, something is not right with the race. After checking the video out, we would have to say that the driver has failed to bring the best out of the Giulia QV. We have left the video below for you viewing and would love to hear your verdict.
