All-Electric Honda Everus VE-1 SUV Will Make Us Feel Left Out?

Honda is finally ready to offer their first all-electric crossover model but you can forget about getting it unless you live in China.

Called the Honda Everus VE-1, the vehicle will enter China as an all-electric crossover model. Developed by Honda and Guangzhou Automobile Group, we got to see the vehicle earlier this year as a concept and now Honda is ready to show it off.

In terms of design, it looks like the vehicle will not stray too far from the concept design. In the front, it will be fitted with the vertical LED daytime running lights with a grille sitting in the middle. Of course, since this is an electric model, the grille does not really do anything.

The Everus VE-1 will be riding on the HR-V platform and will be powered by an electric motor with 161hp and 207lb ft of torque. Honda added that the vehicle would be able to offer 211 miles of range. The base model will retail at 170,800 yuan which is about $24,600.
