Bugatti Saying No To Hybrid But Maybe To EV

Bugatti is still trying to figure out what they will be offering in the future but it looks like they are almost ready to write Hybrid out of their plan.

According to Stephen Winkelmann, Bugatti’s boss, he does not look like hybrid is the right way to go adding that a gasoline engine like the one the Bugatti Chiron is fitted with already have limitless power with great acceleration without the extra weight.

He added that their goal is to have a second nameplate under the Chiron but will most likely not be a hybrid. What we might see is an electric vehicle as Winkelmann seems to be more open to the idea of having an EV.

As of now, he does not have any information to offer about the upcoming model but let’s hope they will have something to announce soon.
