When we see automakers showing us their concept, we usually understand that these are just concept and that we will not get a chance to actually own it but Chevrolet is making a special exception for the Chevrolet eCOPO Camaro concept model which they showed off last year.

Well, Russo and Steele in Monterey, California will be auctioned off next week. This version was shown off at SEMA last year to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the original COPO Camaro.

The concept was build based on the 2019 COPO Camaro and built-in partnership with Hancock and Lane Racing. Fitted with an 800-volt battery pack made up of four different 200-volt modules which will offer about 700hp and 600lb-ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a race-prepped Turbo 400 automatic transmission.

At this point, it is more likely that the vehicle will end up in the hands of a collector but stated that it will have have to be a trailer queen as they will arrange for support and training for servicing and running the vehicle.
