Chevrolet Silverado ZH2 Concept Will Hit 400

If you ever wondered what a heavy-duty rugged version of the Chevrolet Silverado will look like when GM has the answer for you now with a new Chevrolet Silverado ZH2 concept.

This concept was developed by GM and the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Research Development and Engineering Center. Not only will it come with an intimidating heavy duty strength design but it will also more than 400miles of range thanks to the Hydrotec fuel cells and Jouletec battery system.

Besides working on this concept, GM has also announced that they will be building a more economical fuel cell stacks with Honda and that we should see it by 2002. They also plan to offer a fuel-cell vehicle to retail customers in five years time. This will be part of their plan to add 20 new battery electric and fuel-cell vehicle globally by 2023.
