The 2019 Ford F-150 is without a doubt the best-selling truck in the US and there’s no question why. With great design and a host of included accessories in the base model, the F-150 is built not just tough but built also towards customer’s needs.
However a recent announcement by the Ford Motor Company shows that there are some extra ‘features’ in the F-150 that you may not be aware of, in particular the seats detaching in the event of a crash.
Ford has issued a safety recall for its new 2019 Ford F-150 after worry of a potential danger of the seats detaching if not repaired. There have been no incidents reported so far of passengers being ejected during a crash but owners are recommended to fix the issue as soon as possible.
The Ford F-150 was released earlier this year and the issue also covers the Expedition and equally popular Ford Explorer SUV.
