Ford Focus RS May Spawn A Wagon Variant

By  |

What is there not to like about the latest Ford Focus RS? The sports hatch is fast, powerful and also affordable too. Now, it looks like Ford is motivated to develop more variants of the Focus RS in the near future.

We have already heard the speculations made about the RS400 and now, we are hearing that Ford is also developing a station wagon version of the sports hatch. Dubbed as the Focus RS Wagon, the vehicle will be developed solely for the European market due to the strong demand for wagon in the region.

The rumours concluded by saying that the Focus RS will run on the same 2.3L 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine that is packed with 350hp and 350ft-lbs of torque

Personally, we can’t imagine how the Focus RS will look like in wagon form. The obvious will see the vehicle featuring a longer wheelbase with more cabin room to offer. Then again, the above is based on rumours hence you should take it with a grain of salt.
