Ford Will Not Ignore Performance Over Electrification

Talks about Ford working on an EV model based on the Ford Mustang has been going on for some time now and while Ford wants to make sure it is a great electric vehicle, they also added that they will not lose focus on performance as well.

The new electric crossover will be called Mach E or Mach-E when it arrives and according to Ford Chairman Bill Ford Jr. there is no need for a trade-off when it comes to EV model. In the past, going electric means it vehicle will have to be boring but he is confident that they are at a point now where both can be offered without any issue.

Ford is still figuring out where they want to go in terms of electric models but we should be seeing more from them soon. Other than the Ford electric crossover, we can also expect to see a hybrid Mustang from Ford along with an all-electric version of the Ford F-150.
