Hyundai is on the verge of launching their first-ever, mass-market EV and the vehicle is called the Kona Electric. Today, a new information on the Kona EV has surfaced online and it highlights on the vehicle’s driving range rating.

Hyundai confirmed that the Kona EV will have an estimated driving range of 258 miles and this is better than some of the most prominent names in the affordable EV scene.

For perspectives, the Kona EV is about 20 miles better than the Chevrolet Bolt and almost 100 miles ahead of the Nissan Leaf. This is pretty impressive for a vehicle that will be operate with a 64kWh battery pack.
