Jaguar I-Pace Gets For Range Without Extra Charges

The Jaguar I-Pace eTrophy racing series was launched a few years ago and using the data that they have collected, Jaguar has now managed to make a few changes to improve the vehicle.

The best part of it all is that the update can be done anytime thanks to the computerized nature of the modern vehicles and that means the tuning information can be updated instantly. Jaguar will be offering its customers a free I-Pace software upgrade that will improve the overall range of the vehicle.

The I-Pace is currently being powered by a 90kWh lithium-ion battery that will be offering 234 miles of range at a single charge but with the update, the vehicle will have about 12miles more to offer although Jaguar also added that the official EPA numbers will remain at 234miles.

Owners can now take their cars to their local dealership and get the software updated for free.
