Jaguar Land Rover In Hot Water Over Diesel Issue

Jaguar Land Rover will have to recall a few of their models after it was discovered that some of their vehicles with diesel engine might be emitting a higher CO2 emission than officially stated.

According to the reports, those build between 2014 and 2018 that is fitted witht he 2.0 liter diesel engine will be affected by the recall. This will inlcude diesel models from Jaguar XE, XF, E-Pace, F-Pace, Land Rover Discovery Sport, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar, and Range Rover Sport.

This is discovered by the British vehicle certification agency and Jaguar will now need to find a solution to fix the emission of their diesel engine before they can bring the cars back in line.

JLR said that the fix will be made for free and that owners might notice some minor changes to the overall vehciole experience. We do not know if JLR has been tampering with the results or if this is a mistake. FOr now, about 44,000 JLR models will be affected.
