Next Ford GT500: Google Just Gave Another Reason For Detroit Debut

By  |

The Mustang Shelby GT500 is the next big thing to come from Ford but unfortunately for the vehicle, it didn’t manage to make its debut at the recent LA Auto Show. Rumours were linking the GT500 to debut at the annual motoring event but they never came true at all.

The GT500 never participated in LA which brings back the question of when we can expect to see the vehicle make its debut. If new rumours are to be referred to, the Detroit Auto Show happening next month will see the ultimate Mustang getting unveiled and this is now backed up by Google.

The tech giant is closing another fruitful year and like every year before 2017, Google has revealed the top search queries on its page. Based on Google’s report, it was found that Ford is the number one most searched carmaker here in the US and its home state of Michigan is where most of the searches are made from.

There is clearly a huge amount of loyal Ford supporters situated in Michigan based on Google search achievement. Furthermore, Detroit is a massive city over in Michigan hence the upcoming auto show will certainly set up the perfect stage for the next Mustang Shelby GT500 to make its debut.

But of course, until Ford announces something about it, you should take the above with a grain of salt as there is no telling on when the GT500 will be ready to go public. Stay tuned.
