Nissan Rogue Stopping For No Good Reason

The last thing that you want to happen while driving is for the vehicle to stop without any reason and that is why Nissan will need to issue a recall for their Nissan Rogue as it was reported that there might be an issue with the automatic emergency braking system.

According to the reports, the 2017 and 2018 Nissan Rogue are being investigated. It was said that the system could be getting false positive causing it to slam on the brakes for no reason at all.

The issue could have already resulted in 14 different crashes with five injured so far. NHTSA also added that they have already gotten complains from 843 owners. As for the investigation, it looks like it is only in its early stages.

As for Nissan, they already have a software update ready to be installed but it is not a guaranteed fix at this point. So if you own a 2017 and 2018 Nissan Rogue, you might want to take pr cautions.
